I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian, acknowledge and agree that participation in the Kidspreneur Market event involves certain risks. On behalf of my child and myself, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in this event. I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless Kidspreneur Market, its organizers, staff, volunteers, venue partners, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to my child’s participation in the event, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss. I certify that my child will be supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times during the event.

I grant Kidspreneur Market and its representatives permission to photograph and/or record video of my child and our booth during the event. I understand these images and recordings may be used for promotional, marketing, social media, website, and future event materials without compensation. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished materials and release Kidspreneur Market from any claims related to the use of these images or recordings.

Kidspreneur Market is committed to providing a positive, safe, and encouraging environment for all young entrepreneurs. By participating, I agree that my child and our family will: - Treat all participants, guests, and staff with respect - Maintain appropriate and family-friendly behavior - Sell only approved products listed in the application - Follow all event rules and venue guidelines - Supervise my child at all times I understand that failure to follow the Code of Conduct may result in removal from the event.
